Apple Mac Vs The Windows PC: What's The Difference?
# Both the Operating Systems Look Entirely Different
Both the Operating systems, the Windows 8.1 and the Apple's OS X look completely different from one another. Windows has a tiled interface that lets you explore your priorities like the contacts, photos, call history, Windows Store and many more. It views your apps by scrolling to the left and right or scrolling down. The Mac OS X has a neater and less cluttered look.
# A lot of Hardware Options Are Available on the Windows
On the Windows there are the PC manufacturers offering customers options and brands to choose from. Microsoft just makes the software but PC companies like HP, Acer, Lenovo, Dell and lots of others make the hardware. By this the buyer gets a lot of variety and features to choose from that can fit anyone's budget. On the other side, if you consider Apple, it makes its own the hardware and software, leaving you with fewer options if you want to buy a Mac.
Now there are also Windows computers which come with touch screens since the interface on the Windows 8.1 is more optimized for touch screen experience. The option as of now doesn’t exist on the Mac.
