If you have dropped your Mac book accidently and there is damage, you can book an appointment and take it to the local Apple Store. A specialist there will help you out with the Mac and if the problem can be fixed in one session, there's usually no charge on the repair.

On the other hand, Microsoft has a few service places too but the services you get there may not be as much as Apple does. To get the customer service support online you will probably have to call the manufacturer for it or get to the store.

# The Macs Tend To Be Well Protected Against Malware and Viruses

Security Company AVG says that since there are lesser amount of Macs than Windows computers out there, Apple machines are a bit more secure. But the company says this won’t last long and they have seen evidence of this as an increasing number of viruses have been seen on the Mac computers too.

Apple says it has added new types of encryption and security features on the OS X Yosemite to keep the computers safe. Moreover Macworld reports that since the Apple OS is based on UNIX, it is a little more secure than the Windows.
