Here Are Populous Videos Even before YouTube Existed

# Badger Badger Badger

Badger Badger Badger is an animated cartoon which first appeared on weebls-stuff.com. It featured a bunch of badgers, some mushrooms and a snake with all of them dancing to a completely absurd song.

The song just repeats the word "badger" as several badgers pop up, then "mushroom" a couple of times, and lastly "snaaaake, it's a snaaaaake!" This whole animation lasts only for a few seconds but it became the inspiration for many remixes over the years.

# The Llama Song

In 2004, a user uploaded an animation video of a crazy song about llamas and photos of llamas appeared every time the word "llama" was sung. After being done with the llamas, the song starts listing off more unrelated objects, people and ducks.

According to Know Your Meme, the video got around over 50,000 views on DeviantArt before it could spread to Newgrounds and Albino Blacksheep, where it could rack more users.

# Peanut Butter Jelly Time

In 2002, a random flash animation of a banana dancing to the song “Peanut Butter Jelly Time” by The Buckwheat Boyz was shared to the popular Internet forum Offtopic. And then it quickly spread to other sites like Newgrounds, eBaum's World, Albino Blacksheep and more.

The animation is nothing more than just an annoying dancing banana on the video, but the video went on to initiate sorts of spoofs and remakes.
