Whatsapp To Get Voice Calling Soon
BANGALORE: WhatsApp has become so essential in our daily life. It has become the rage today and so convenient that nearly everything can be discussed via messages. Apart from messages, photos, videos and audio notes can be shared for free, reports Business Today.
Recently there were rumors regarding a voice calling feature. Though the news is not announced officially by the company.
On iOS, Android and Windows Phone, voice calling is handled through Skype, Viber, Line, Facetime, Hangouts.
WhatsApp is downloaded from the website or through the Google Play store for Android. The version that is available through the WhatsApp website is updated very often.
The calling feature is separate from the chat feature. The call logs, dialer and the contacts screen are separate from the main chat window. It also combines recording and playback.
For India the WhatsApp executives have been quoted saying that the app will always remain free.
