Passenger Jet C919
The nation’s first passenger jet C919 is expected to take off this year. The Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China Ltd. (COMAC) has strengthened China to establish its own aviation sector. The twin-engine jet has now posed a major competitor for brands like Boeing and Airbus. The jet is designed to seat 168 passengers and has a standard flight range of 2,532 miles. It flies from Shanghai to Kuala Lumpur or from New York City to Los Angeles without breaks.
