MySpace.com:

This is a popular site that many people have used are familiar with but could just not stand against the on slaughter of the social sites that came later on. MySpace was popular with its features and for creating the platform to increase the popularity of pop culture.

This was more popular than Google back in the day in U.S. Well this site didn’t last long and many of its users though sadden by its decline, also stopped using it. Today it is active but is not used by a lot of people. It could be shutdown in a few years or even months.

Orkut:

The most heartbreaking news in terms of having to say goodbye to a social site was when Orkut was shutdown forever in September this year. Faithful users and lovers of the site took time to download pictures and comments to keep safe memories of old times.

The young adults had the fondest memories with Orkut and they were the ones most hurt with the death of the social site. It was the source of connection and bond for friends, lovers, couples and families. Anyhow it will always be remembered in the hearts of devote users.
