6.  Google is going to start selling auto insurance in the U.S.

Keeping up the good work, the biggest search giant in the world, Google has decided to open up its insurance services in U.S. Prior to that Google was already rendering its insurance services under the company called Google Compare Auto Insurance Services Inc.

This company is already helping users buy insurance in Europe since 2012, and now Google Compare goes beyond simple auto insurance, using the same technology to help users compare mortgage quotes and credit card offers.

7. China bans Uber

Uber faced some controversy in some cities in North America, like Washington DC Chicago, Toronto, and in India an Uber driver was alleged to rape a women. After this incident the company shares went terribly down and brought shame to the company world-wid.

And finally here comes the major setback for the company when China government declared that Uber is banned in China now. This is the first time that China has publicly considered private cars operating via apps, “an act of illegal operation.”
