4. Apple store employees claim that they're losing out on pay

5. RadiumOne rejected a bid by its former CEO, Gurbaksh Chahal
RadiumOne’s board rejected a recent offer from its founder and Former CEO, Gurbaksh Chahal that “RadiumOne is not for sale and not with an offer that fails to reflect the value that has been built in the Company,” reports Recode.
Chahal was charged of violence against his girlfriend at his San Francisco apartment. Chahal pleaded guilty to Domestic violence that made him to step down as CEO of RadiumOne followed by his firing on April 27, 2014.
