As of now, 32.7 percent of builders are using BIM/CAD software.
Using BIM enables space for better collaboration because each person and expertise area can add their piece to the same model, instead of breaking out onto multiple versions of a 2D paper drawing. This way, the model evolves immediately as people contribute, streamlining the process and increasing efficiency.
The drywall technique is used on the interior walls. These systems have been around for a while and have been used in certain types of interiors but are now slowly gaining traction in the mass building as well. The construction walls could be faster, easier, and cleaner. Thus, the labor force requirements could be cut down with no compromise on the building as well.
