# Better Battery Life

The iOS 8 did not have any clear battery saving mode where you manually had to switch off data, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and other battery conserving apps and save power.

So, now the iOS 9 comes with a "low power mode," and Apple claims that it will add extra three more hours to the usage. The new OS will also improve the overall performance of the phone with Apple declaring that it adds an extra hour of usage compared to the iOS 8.

# Siri Goes Proactive

Here’s something similar to Google Now from Apple called the ‘Proactive’. But the Apple’s version is a lot more intelligent and does not list out all the unwanted results like the Google now.

The proactive notifier does not store anything on the cloud but instead scans your email and calendar and alerts you about the schedules. The best part, it finds out more about you when start doing things and keeps you all updated.
