AI surpassing the computing power of entire Human Race

Wired magazine reports that On March 9 2016, Google’s DeepMind system—known as AlphaGo—will begin a five-game match against Lee Sedol, one of the very best (human) Go players. Go is an ancient eastern version of chess so complex that in order to win, a machine must mimic the intuition of a human. For that reason, the match would set a new course for modern AI. In 2020, a prize of 5 mn dollars would be awarded to the AI that deliver’s the best Ted Talk.
