The first Baby AI

In August 2013, as a project of Auckland's Bioengineering Institute Laboratory for Animate Technologies, BabyX was revealed; a virtual toddler who’s AI could create its own expressions and emotions, and could think and react being equipped with sensors and cameras to experience the world like humans. At the demonstration in Ted Talk, BabyX even got in to the verge of crying when she got confused and the speaker had to literally cheer her up. Earlier in 2015 Tesla founder Elon Musk quoted, “In developing AI we are summoning the demon”. Stephen Hawking had also expressed a similar concern over the intelligence explosion.
