BANGALORE: Internet security is one of the biggest concerns in the world at present. There have been so many hacks and leaks of information, pictures and classified documents in recent pasts that are adding to the woes of businesses and government intelligence bureaus. Cyber wars and cyber security is the biggest threat to world peace.

Every country has a way of infiltrating another country’s internet firewall, which is a growing concern for many governments. Though most of the attacks are done under the rug without even revealing their identity, here is a list of cyber groups that are notorious and dangerously smart. Their identity is known to the world and so their origin. Here is the list of black hats that you must be aware and afraid of, as compiled by Business Insider.

Deep panda:

This China-based notorious hacking group is considered to be the most dangerous cyber hackers in present times, according to CrowdStrike. The team is believed to be working on behalf of the Chinese government, which is still speculation at large.

Deep Panda are in to attacking intelligence agencies of countries, infiltrating defense and also the telecommunication companies. They are believed to have shifted their focus to individuals in Iraq and the Middle Eastern countries.

Deadeye Jackal:

This group is also known as the Syrian Electronic Army, who was active in early 2013. They used media as their main source of infiltrating targets. They were also known to have sent out pro-Assad rants or messages to people through social media. Deadeye Jackal, took to infiltrating prominent news channels accounts on social media and other online forums.
