Control Notifications for Individual Posts
Commenting on a friends post can certainly be annoying when you constantly get updated with other individuals who comment on the particular post. Hence to turn this notification off click on the globe icon that is situated on the top right corner of the web browser, then click the 'X' next to the individual notification. Furthermore you can also change your notification settings to a smaller group of friends according to your priority. For Smart phones, click the original post to view, and then select the down arrow in the upper top right corner of that particular post. You will then notice the option 'turn off notifications.'
