Marriott, Starwood Hotel (383 million, November 2018)
Over 300 million people who stayed at a Starwood hotel property were accessed in a major data hack and the names, passport numbers, addresses, contact information and others were leaked. It was in 2016, Marriott acquired the Starwood hotel chain. Marriott confirmed in an official statement that, the guest reservation database of Starwood hotels which had up to 500 million accounts had been compromised and the hacking may have ongoing since 2014.
