The Smartphone market has moved from 3GB RAM to massive 4GB RAM phones. However, Google is yet to enter the segment of 4GB RAM Smartphones to push the limits of both, hardware and software. Another reasonable fact is that the company always unveils new products at I/O and it may become reality that the new Nexus is finally being launched at the conference.
