# Apps Search

Apps searching can be a tedious task especially when you are not aware of where the documents are. Browsing through thousands of mail for that one single attachment or address is irritating and time consuming.

Providing a solution to this problem, is the new feature available on Gmail Labs known as apps search. Once you enable it from the Gmail Labs tab provide in the settings, the “Search Mail” button in Gmail will say “Search Mail and Docs” instead, and your search results will include matching documents and sites in addition to just email messages.

# Default 'Reply All'

It proved very inconvenient to select ‘reply to all‘each time from the dropdown for keeping everyone in the loop. The default feature ‘Reply All’ can turn it convenient to such persons associated with large or small business or in a working environment where you need to reply the same to all the persons marked in the mail.

On the time when you want to reply to just one person, you'll still be able to do so by hitting the dropdown menu next to the Reply All button and just reply.
