6 Misses In Apple's New iOS 8

# Basic Cloud storage can’t be a profit center

The buyers of the 16 GB iPhone models are affected by the space problems on the phone. Even though Apple offers 5GB of storage on the cloud for people who need more have to shell out close to $12 a year for the extra storage space of 20 GB. So, if Apple could offer the storage space for $3.99 joining it with the Beats Music service for $10.99, it would be a good deal and could attract some good of crowd towards it too.

# Healthkit and continuity might as well not exist yet

HealthKit is a service that allows developers to make software that integrates with the new Health application. This allows users to track their steps, oxygen, sleep levels, and other health related data, where additionally, the users can enter their medical history and the application can help serve them better. Another interesting feature on the iOS 8 is the SMS continuity allowing users to send text messages to the other iPhone devices using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. These listed features will not be used until the OS X Yosemite is out for the MACs. So the expectations built around it have to wait.

# Updating Can be way too hard

The users of the 16GB versions of the iPhone face major problems on the memory side when updating the software to newer ones. The main problem starts when the person stores his media files along with the apps. To back up all the media, the person has to store all of them on the iTunes where the files will be stored and updated later once it is imported back to the device. This process turns out be a tedious one which is as good as updated all the files after you have deleted all of them during the update. The fix for this would be to bring out only higher space devices or speed up the update process by offering a back up for the media temporarily till the processes finish on the phone.
