Will Apple's Next Product Be Microsoft's Clone?

And this time Apple is not eyeing Samsung, but its Microsoft’s Surface Pro3, the laptop cum tablet. Surface Pro 3 is built to handle even the most intensive of tasks; Surface Pro 3 has a 12” Full HD Plus screen, fully functional keyboard, and multi-position Kickstand.

Rumors were strong of an upcoming giant iPad, to be called iPad Pro or iPad Plus. There were even leaked pictures of a device with a 12.9-inch screen, bigger than the Surface Pro's 12-inch one. That's a good description of a Surface Pro clone, but to produce one, Apple needs more data on Microsoft's sales and more time to figure out how the device could be improved, reports Bloomberg.

Two obvious areas in which Apple can get the better off Microsoft would be the tablet's weight and keyboard performance. Microsoft, however, has a jump on the competition when it comes to running a desktop operating system on a tablet: Apple's mobile operating system, iOS, doesn't handle data storage and multitasking as well as Windows.
