Vodafone Business has announced an expansion of its strategic partnership with RingCentral to offer Vodafone Business Contact Center with RingCentral, powered by RingCX. This new offering combines Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) with Vodafone Business' existing Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) platform, Vodafone Business UC with RingCentral. The expansion aims to enhance customer experiences for Vodafone Business' multinational clientele.
The Vodafone Business Contact Center with RingCentral simplifies the establishment and operation of contact centers by providing agents with advanced artificial intelligence (AI) tools. These include call summaries, transcripts, automated scorecards, conversational insights, and coaching, all designed to deliver seamless customer experiences. Additionally, the service offers key data insights and supports over 20 digital channels, including web, messaging, and major social media platforms.
The rollout will begin in the UK, followed by Germany later this year, and will progressively expand to other markets. Vodafone Business UC with RingCentral is currently available in 20 markets across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific. This platform integrates messaging, video meetings, fax, file sharing, and virtual phone systems into a single user interface accessible on any internet-enabled device. It supports hybrid working models, enabling employees to access services consistently whether they are at home, in the office, or in the field.
Vodafone Business plans to extend the reach of Vodafone Business UC with RingCentral to new regions, including South America, the Middle East and Africa, and additional EU and Asia-Pacific countries by early 2025. Vodafone Business manages all local operator agreements, regulatory compliance, data sovereignty, and number porting, which saves customers significant time and resources.
By offering these advanced communication solutions, Vodafone Business aims to empower its multinational customers to provide exceptional customer service and improve operational efficiency. The comprehensive cloud-based communications solutions replace traditional systems, allowing businesses to leverage the latest technology to stay competitive in the global market.
