Uniphore Introduces New Version Of Speech Analytics Software


NEW DELHI: Chennai-based speech recognition software solutions company Uniphore Software Services introduced a new version of its speech analytics software 'auMina 2.0'.

According to the company, the speech analytics software will allow contact centres to drive critical business goals by analysing existing speech data to identify trends, predict possible outcomes and suggest improvements in business models.

The new version of the software is aimed at the robust and vast number of small and medium businesses (SMBs) in India who can improve efficiency in their bussinesses at a low cost, it added.

Uniphore co-founder and CEo Umesh Sachdev said: "Speech analytics is next big disruptive technology and our latest product 'auMina' will revolutionise the entire ecosystem by enhancing the response quality and customer satisfaction of the contact centre drastically."

Uniphore, which has worked with over 70 enterprise customers and over 4 million end users, was incubated in IIT Madras in 2008. It has 80 employees and its investors include IDG ventures,India Angel Network and Stata Ventures.
