With an aim to keep women safe, the tech leaders have designed the Raksha app. This app comes with a button that alerts your family or friends with your location in case of any danger. In addition, if the app is switched off or there is no internet connection, users can send alerts by simply pressing the volume key for three seconds. The app also contains SOS functionality— an urgent appeal for help, where one can send SMS also.
