Daily Hunt is a news and Indian regional language content platform. It was established in 2009 by Virendra Gupta. The Bangalore-based startup is mainly focused in mobile application software and offers news, books and magazine in regional languages. Daily Hunt has raised a total of $ 101.1million in about seven rounds of funding. It is been funded by 12 investors out of which seven are lead investors namely Goldman Sachs, Sofina, Omidyar Network, Sequoia Capital, Falcon Edge Capital, ByteDance, Arun Sarin. Daily Hunt raised it latest funding on 8th August 2019.
