Tech Mahindra has announced a strategic collaboration with Microsoft aimed at workplace-experiences revolution using advanced AI-led solutions. It takes the cooperation further Copilot for Microsoft 365, situated at the confluence of Microsoft's Cloud platform and GenAI capabilities, to drive efficiency across their large customer and workforce ecosystem.

There are over 1,200 customers, and the first rollout is going to involve 10,000 employees across 15 locations; Tech Mahindra is looking at significant process diffusion and productivity enhancement. Also, GitHub Copilot will be deployed among five thousand developers, making this a major productivity booster with an increase by 35-40% just through the democratization of AI tools among developers.According to Mohit Joshi, CEO and MD of Tech Mahindra, the collaboration will democratize AI access and drive innovation and efficiency at workplaces around the world.

This partnership also marks the introduction of a new practice by Tech Mahindra Copilot designed to help customers unlock the transformational power of AI in their operational workflows. This includes fully fleshed training and readiness programs for the workforce, without which the introduction of AI is bound to fail or has limited success/acceptance within the organization.

Tech Mahindra also claims that it would offer its customers complete solutions for the adoption of Copilot for Microsoft 365 right from assessment to pilot testing and full-scale implementation.

This joint effort by Tech Mahindra and Microsoft will introduce the changes in workplace dynamics enabled by AI transformation that will ensure enhanced operational efficiencies and enriched employee experiences in various industries.
