Samsung India Unveils Education Hub App for TVs and Monitors
Samsung India has joined forces with Physics Wallah, an online ed-tech platform, to introduce the Samsung Education Hub TV and smart monitor app. The goal of this collaboration is to elevate the significance of television in households as an educational tool by offering the opportunity to participate in online classes on a larger screen. According to the company, the app will grant students in grades 6 through 12 in the CBSE Board access to both live classes and on-demand educational content. Additionally, it will cater to those preparing for competitive exams like IIT and NEET.
Current subscribers of Physics Wallah will experience smooth access to content, while others can choose to explore one of the 'premium live courses' and Physics Wallah Khazaana content for a complimentary period of up to 2 months on their TVs or Smart Monitors. Additionally, consumers have the opportunity to enjoy a 20% discount on the course fee for any preferred premium live course offered by Physics Wallah. The newly introduced Samsung Education Hub app is compatible with all 2023 Samsung TVs and Smart Monitors, with a phased rollout also planned for older models released in 2020 and beyond.
