Qualcomm, CP Plus Launch New AI-Powered Video Security Solutions in India

Qualcomm Technologies and CP Plus have announced a partnership to introduce a new lineup of AI-enabled video security solutions in India. The collaboration aims to deliver faster, more reliable, and real-time surveillance powered by advanced on-device intelligence.

The new solutions combine CP Plus’s large camera ecosystem with Qualcomm’s Dragonwing processors and its Qualcomm Insight Platform. By integrating edge computing into CP Plus’s Video Management System (VMS), the companies are enabling high-speed AI analytics directly on the device, reducing dependence on cloud processing and improving response times.

These AI-driven systems are designed for a wide range of use cases, including industrial sites, public infrastructure, enterprise campuses, institutions, and residential settings. Real-time detection, improved security insights, and automated monitoring are core features of this new generation of smart surveillance products.
