The year 2015 is expected to have smart homes where everything, from ovens to door locks, is connected online and the control on the palm of your hand. This would benefit   people with connected homes to control their appliances and others using a remote or their Smartphone.

This initiative, however, falls far short. For instance, the homeowners end up using different apps to turn appliances on and off instead using a central hub. The biggest problem is compatibility, wherein several tech companies like Apple, Samsung and Google and appliance makers are already trying to find a solution for the problem by recruiting outside developers assigned to experiment with their smart home software.

Apple’s initiative of rolling out a noble trend of smartwatch in next few months has ignited the anticipation among Apple fans around the globe. Apple's iWatch, starting at $349 (Around 22, 000), might be the last chance to use the technology of having a mini computer lashed around your wrist. The company has had a victorious history with Smartphones and tablets and now seeks out to take onto the pursuit of smartwatches.
