Microsoft Build 2016: 5 Prime Things to Expect
HoloLens and Augmented Reality
Microsoft publicized HoloLens with its ambitions to enter the virtual or augmented reality arena. But as it has panned out, the firm has realized that there is a lot that has to be done on the development end to make this product better. HoloLens is essentially a holographic computer built into a headset that lets you see, hear and interact with holograms within an environment such as a living room or an office space. Reports say that there will be a lot of sessions on building UWP apps where developer will get more guidance on HoloLens development kits. The aim of Microsoft through these sessions would be to introduce HoloLens to more developers and introduce new use cases.
Microsoft's annual Build developer conference will run from March 30th to April 1st in San Francisco. Microsoft will be streaming the Day 1 and 2 keynotes on its Build site. Other sessions will be recorded and available for playback by all later next week.
