Hexaware Technologies, a leading IT services and solutions provider, has announced a strategic collaboration with upGrad Enterprise, the corporate skilling and workforce development division of upGrad. This partnership aims to enhance the generative AI (Gen AI) capabilities of Hexaware’s workforce through advanced training programs.

Under this collaboration, Hexaware will join forces with upGrad to train over 100 employees as Gen AI architects. The training program will focus on equipping these professionals with the skills needed to develop innovative solutions and address complex business challenges using Gen AI technologies. The initiative is designed to help Hexaware's clients achieve their goals by leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and techniques.

Selection for the Gen AI architect program will be highly competitive. Candidates will be chosen based on a panel’s assessment of their technical expertise and programming background. The program is targeted at employees in specific grades, particularly those with roles such as technical architects. Eligible participants must have demonstrated high performance over the past two years and completed both Gen AI Foundation and Gen AI Advanced courses. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in deep learning and natural language processing (NLP). The program will include a mix of instructor-led training and e-learning modules to ensure comprehensive skill development.
