Haptik Launches Affordable AI Agents for Small Businesses via Interakt
  • Haptik introduces enterprise grade AI Agents for SMBs starting at Rs 10,000 via its Interakt platform.
  • AI automates customer support, bookings, and lead handling across WhatsApp and voice channels.
  • The platform aims to reach 300,000–500,000 SMBs in 2 years with no code setup and multilingual support.

Haptik, a Reliance Jio Platforms company, has launched a new initiative called 'AI for All', designed to help small and medium businesses (SMBs) automate customer interactions using AI Agents. The service is offered through Interakt, a WhatsApp first platform for CRM, marketing, and customer support, starting at just Rs 10,000.

Interakt, already used by over 50,000 businesses, will now enable SMBs to deploy AI powered agents on WhatsApp and voice calls, helping them manage bookings, answer queries, and support customers, 24/7 without needing human staff. The solution is powered by Haptik’s Agentic AI Platform.

Haptik CEO, Ahshad Jussawalla stated that small businesses like clinics, schools, real estate agencies, cafés, and salons can now access automation at a fraction of enterprise costs. Early users reported up to 80% of repetitive queries handled automatically and a 20-25% boost in lead conversions.

These AI Agents come with enterprise grade security, CRM integrations, and support for 22 Indian languages. Unlike traditional IVRs, Haptik’s Voice AI Agents understand context, respond naturally, and perform tasks like follow ups and lead qualification without manual help.

Several businesses are already using the platform, including Re’equil for post-purchase engagement, Pantheon Development for real estate leads, and Aster Hospitals (UAE) for patient appointment reminders.

With a no-code setup, the platform makes automation easy and affordable for non-tech savvy businesses. Haptik aims to onboard 300,000 to 500,000 SMBs within the next 24 months, targeting 1% of India’s digitally active SMB market.

This launch marks a significant step toward making advanced AI tools accessible to service led small businesses across India and beyond.
