FitRist: Intex's First Smartband Launched in India at 999


BENGALURU: Intex stepped into the wearable segment in India unveiling its first smartband- FitRist. Exclusively available on Snapdeal, the fitness smart wearable is priced at 999, reports Firstpost.

Setting an alarm for other players in the segment, the affordable and Bluetooth 4.0 enabled fitness smart band comes with attractive health and fitness features like step monitoring, sleep quality monitor, calorie counter and distance measurement. The water-resistant FitRist is compatible with Android and iOS devices to send in notifications and keep a track of calls. Besides, users can also control music on their smartphones using FitRist which also comes with a 0.86-inch OLED display with 96 x 32 pixel screen resolution  and 3-axis accelerometer.

Intex’s FitRist offers a battery back-up of 12 days. In addition to this, the array of features also includes Remote Shutter that can access and control the smartphone camera remotely using the band itself. The smartband is protected from rain and accidental spills with the splash-proof feature. The band will be available in two shades- Blue and White.
