Cisco is introducing a line of AI-powered solutions aimed at developing employee connectivity and collaboration. These new solutions include Cisco Spatial Meetings, the Ceiling Microphone Pro, enhanced capabilities for the Cisco AI Assistant in Webex, and much more.

Today, employees are demanding solutions that enable them to easily and intelligently collaborate, while IT teams seek to improve device management, productivity, and the quality of meetings-all promises delivered by Cisco's most recent AI innovations.

The innovations lie in the following key areas:

Cisco Spatial Meetings: By installing a software update on the Cisco Room Bar Pro, the entire room is transformed, all of a sudden and magically into an immersive studio. This way video with spatial depth will be provided to Webex users through their Apple Vision Pro. Such activities become possible: product demonstrations, training with video depth.

Cisco Ceiling Microphone Pro: For the very first time, an adaptive microphone that captures natural conversations coming from anywhere in the room. Using AI, it automatically adjusts its microphone to the speaker and the room's configuration, ensuring an integrated and immersive meeting experience. Setup is faster than ever, taking only minutes.

Simplifying Workspace Management

Given the rise in the popularity of flexible work models, IT responsibilities have increasingly grown. Expectations by employees also go up with that. Cisco is assisting IT and facilities teams in terms of optimizing their workflows using:

Workspace Designer: It automates workspace designs and personalization, offering a 3D view of audio and video coverage and speeding up the deployment of video-enabled hybrid environments.

Smart Diagnostics within the Control Hub: IT teams can identify and troubleshoot in-room meeting issues in real-time and dynamically.

ThousandEyes Integration: For both Desk Phone 9800 Series and Webex Calling, this integration can monitor and troubleshoot call issues-all of which minimizes downtime.
