MUMBAI: Handset maker Celkon on launched a new smartphone -- Ultra Q500 -- for 9,999, exclusively on Snapdeal.

The dual SIM handset features a five-inch screen, 2GB RAM, 1.2 GHz quad core processor, Android KitKat operating system, 8MP rear camera, 2MP front camera, 16GB ROM (expandable upto 32GB) and 2500 mAh battery.

The handset comes bundled with 1GB data download per month free from Airtel for 2 months.

"The new Ultra Q500 is convergence of business, entertainment and gaming. Our strategy is to cater to each and every customer's aspirations and make it affordable for them," Celkon Mobiles CMD Y Guru said. 

According to the NDTV gadgets, on the connectivity side, the Q500 offers 3G, GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth. The Smartphone comes with a 2500mAh battery, which can deliver up to 5 hours of talk time, and up to 200 hours of standby time.
