You can like the tracks from the lock screen itself, liking a song helps Apple to improve recommending you songs you like

Have your offline music in Apple Music

The tracks, albums or playlists that appear in Apple Music are the ones you liked or from iTunes, you can’t see the music you own in here unless you do this. Tap on the label that sorts your music index and you will find "Show Music Available Offline" at the bottom, click on it. With this your music center will also include your songs you saved.
