The iPhone 6 is not only much bigger compared to the iPhone 5S, it is taller and wider, slimmer and rounder.  The iPhone 6 is 6.9mm in thicker while iPhone 5 is 7.6mm.

Apple’s software has been enhanced so that it starts adjusting for the best image quality, and the dual-LED flash, which uses both amber and white LEDs to adjust for the most natural color achievable in a given lighting scenario. The iPhone 6 is also heavier by around 17 grams.

The iPhone 6 supports Wi-Fi AC which is much faster than Wi-Fi N and also it comes with a barometer, which should help the device track your jogging sessions in a better way by measuring altitude through change in air pressure.

Apart from all these iPhone 6 will offer continuous autofocus and image stabilization.
