A UAE-based AI startup claims to have created AI agents that can replace the work of a hundred workers. CozmoX offers businesses AI-based employees that can conduct complete conversations with customers, apart from assisting in sales, audits, debt collection etc.

CozmoX co-founder Nuha Hashem said that its AI agents can do the job of a hundred staff members, enabling human beings to leave more serious matters to attend to.

"Within a day, using the past 10 years of data, we can develop an AI employee who will actually be able to accomplish the work of 100 people so that they are able to do more productive work. For instance, in order to make 10,000 calls a day, companies have to recruit a lot of employees. But they are able to do it with a single AI employee. We have already done this with some big public sector organizations", she says.

CozmoX is headed by an Indian CEO, Alok Kumar, based in the UAE and a former Forbes Middle East 30 Under 30 lister.

Kumar is convinced that AI agents will be the standard of the future. Already, according to him, AI workers deployed by CozmoX have ensured that some organisations saved hundreds of dollars every month. In a few instances, savings have amounted to as much as $100,000 ( ₹85 lakh) every month.

"We feel AI agents are going to be the way things are in the future. We create AI agents for public and private sector organizations and also equip them with the infrastructure to design their own AI agents to accomplish all their routine work like sales, operations, customer care etc", Alok Kumar said to Khaleej Times
