Youtube to Soon Charge Viewers for Streaming New Videos


BANGALORE: You tube viewers are in for a discomforting realization when they find out that free video streaming isn’t going to be the same like it used to. This is the new program that Google’s You Tube is aiming at. The video streaming platform is at set to release its latest programming that essentially involves users to pay for the video they watch. This will be made only to those people who join the newest upcoming subscription services, reports Ibnlive.

A report on Re/code suggested that this programming is a result of an idea for which the site have disclosed the previous  year when it cited its proposal of funding  new content from several of  its top creators.

As per the industry sources, YouTube aims at bring some of its content for promoting a bonus for premium subscription service, this is likely to have features that are free of ad videos.

YouTube however, will maintain the free, ad-supported version of its site as well as the content available on the free site will be available as well on the paid version. The newest paid programming is rumored to be accessible in 2016.
