Both of them have a different contextual approach to sharing and social integration. While Apple along with Messages and Mail, you get Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn included, but that is all it is. No more can be added to the list as Apple doesn’t allow that.
Whereas Microsoft has an open approach, you can download any app that has a contract with the company, like the third-party apps. Facebook, Twitter can be installed and as for others you can share via Windows 10.
