Apps and App Store
The built in apps in both the cases are pretty good, the quality of apps is better like mail, maps, photos and notes.
For the apps store, Apple is the sole winner as its store is more enhanced and filled with apps that are more compatible and capable. Though Windows have improved on the Store, by making it desktop friendly it is still better with a touch interface.
