Windows settings centre is really good, the action centre combines several quick settings. The setting has two menus: one is simple where you can change the brightness, system settings, battery saver mode and others. The other is the additional settings which should be selected to change them.
Apple’s action center is impressive and quite effective, but the notification center is separate unlike in the same wing. But the settings are more streamlined with easy to understand system preferences.
So in comparison, Apple’s center looks more organized and handy.
