Uber's New Tech To Detect And Block Suspicious Accounts


BANGALORE- Uber an American based cab service firm has been stern in managing fake account. Technology used by Uber undoubtedly blocks the suspicious accounts without notifying the customer on it. Many Indian genuine customers have been reported to be sufferers of the technology adopted by the uber, reports-ETnow

Uber came to India in October 2013, since then it is estimated to have spent $41 billion in developing security technology. This new technology believed to block suspicious users who access the app or sometimes it can even terminate the accessing permanently. But on the other hand it cannot discern the exact fraud accounts, and  thus due to this many customers in India have fallen prey for this.

Uber provides a free ride as a referral benefit, no matter how far the distance is. Customers who recommend or refer Uber to their family and friends get one free ride.
