Is Google Planning To Make Android Wear Compatible With iOS?


BANGALORE: Google is swaying happily amidst the popularity of its latest Android wear OS, which can be seen on Moto 360 and the LG G Watch R. Flying high with its popular OS, the latest development churning in the mills is that the OS can be made compatible with Apple’s iOS. Android Wear's product manager Jeff Chang recently gave a hint about this development in an interview with the Huffington Post UK.

With almost half of the world using Android SmartPhones, Google is now planning to target thenon-android users around the globe.

Speaking to the Huffington Post UK, Chang spoke about the team's enthusiasm for reaching a larger user base "We always want as many users as possible to enjoy our experience, so in terms of enabling more people to use Android Wear we're very interested in making that happen," Chang said.

He also revealed that the collaboration may not happen soon due to few technical constraints in the process and further added that they are working hard on the new endeavor.,

As far as Android and iOS compatibility is concerned, only time will tell the results.
