Firsthandle App Launched In Bengaluru

BENGALURU: Firsthandle, an app which allows merchants to target customers who are around them within a predefined radius in real time was launched here on Thursday.

"Bengaluru is a technology-driven market and any new technology adoption happens at quick pace. People in this city have limited time to explore their locales, so we are expecting FirstHandle to gain good traction in Bengaluru," said co-founder and CEO Gaurav Sinha in a statement.

Already launched in Delhi/National Capital Region (NCR) and Mumbai, Firsthandle acquired about 10,000 merchants and over 1,00,000 consumers since its August 2015 launch, the statement said.

"The app allows retailers to deliver timely offers to the customers across a range of categories like food, drinks, apparel, cafes, salons etc," the statement added.

In Bengaluru, the service is available in Marathalli, Koramangala, Basaveshwara Nagar, Kaggadasapura, Kammanahalli, Brigade Road, Indiranagar, Commercial Street, Forum Mall, Garuda Mall, Mantri Mall, Royal Meenakshi Mall, Inorbit Mall Whitefield, Phoenix Mall and Forum Mall Whitefield.
