Facebook Messenger To Let You Send Money In Near Future
BANGALORE: The new update of Facebook messenger app will let all its 500 million users to send money to their friends. The current cashless generation will be benefited with this move from Facebook and this will be the first mobile app to avail such advantage, reports ET.
Along with Facebook, PayPal with its Venmo unit and the photo app Snapchat will also let its users to transfer money through their Smartphones. The feature does its job for free and it works with linked credit cards or bank accounts with the app.
This feature will be made available on all the platforms such as Apple devices, Android devices and on desktop computers. When it comes to security, we can rely on Facebook as it is the world’s largest social network which secures everybody’s passwords and other private information.
