BENGALURU: American electronics giant, Apple, has launched iOS 9 Beta for general public. The new OS can be downloaded for iPhones as well as iPad, however, the beta version is not a stable version and several bugs may exist on the new iOS 9, reports Indian Express.

There are ton of new features in the new iOS 9 Beta including a new and improve Siri. Apple introduced more features which helps the user in searching relevant information with the help of an improved context engine for Siri.

The new Siri comes with proactive assistant along with new color versions. The improved implementation of natural language makes Siri faster and more intelligent. Apple users can now add reminders in calendar without the need to touch the screen.

Another useful feature coming to iOS 9 is the news application. The app resembles Flipboard, but, it is not available for Indian users. The company will also feature Apple Maps with transit information, but, this feature is also not available for Indian users.
