BANGALORE: In a completely new method to help women advance their career and fill the gap between gender differences, Tech giants in the Silicon Valley are willing to pay the amount to freeze eggs of women employees. This is done to help women not worry about their loss of opportunity to build their careers because of responsibilities from having to raise a child.

Facebook has already implemented this program and Apple is in line to implement and follow by early next year. This program will give women employees who are energetic and want to build lasting careers, a ray of hope of not having to end their career goals.

Egg freezing is slowly becoming a common practice where young ladies of mid 20’s and above are harvesting their healthy eggs so that it can be fertilized later on after they have successfully built a strong career platform.

This program is a huge benefit for corporate businesses because it allows them to retain young, talented and ambitious women employees.  This will help the company grow and not see a talent go wasted because of the need to go look after a family. This move will place Facebook and Apple ahead of other companies in retaining and attracting women talents.
