Superbeam application provides sharing files functionality between devices without the use of internet connection. It works on Wi-Fi Direct technology and is available for both Android and iOS platform. By scanning an on-screen QR code, files can be shared to other devices. The iOS platform restricts file sharing to photos and videos only, but on Android- music, apps, documents, images and even contacts can be shared. With its paid version, Superbeam offers desktop applications for quick file transfers. To unlock this feature user have to pay a price of $2.

Pushbullet (iOS/Android)

Pushbullet is a perfect application for those users who share data between devices on a constant basis. The Pushbullet browser extension allows sending data like files, link and text to multiple devices at once. It supports application sharing in Mac and Windows operating system directly from PC. However, Pushbullet restricts its users to send one file at a time.
