Myth 2: Viruses Are Not Spread By Mac

Macs are mostly touted to be safer than other laptops.  Some are of the view that the UNIX of OS X provides a support structure to make the device more secure while others believe that Mac is not generally hit by viruses. Contradicting to these beliefs reportedly 600,000 Mac were infected by the malicious Trojan virus. So don’t be lulled into a myth that says Mac is immune to viruses.
