Most of the Smartphone manufacturers now have switched to the Micro USB ports for Charging. This set up has helped to charge all the other phones with one charger cable. But it is not the same with the laptops and chargers where there are different chargers to be carried around for them.

So, if the makers of laptops and cameras could switch to Micro USB charging ports on the devices as well, portability will be enjoyed at most by the people.

# Non-Expandable and Non-Removable Battery

One of the most common trends followed by Smartphone manufacturers these days is the non-expandable storage memory and the non-removable battery. Whereas such fake memory card will take a toll on the performance of the Smartphone.

As far as the motive behind Non removable battery is concerned, it is done to avoid usage of non genuine batteries.

However, now this is a common sight on the tablets and laptops adding on to better convenience of making the handset slimmer with a sturdy build too.

# Cutting Down On Connectivity Ports

The laptops and televisions now have been made slimmer by letting go good number of connectivity ports. A TV offers only about two HDMI ports, where if you have more than two video sources then you need to switch wires or get extra equipments for more connections.

The same thing holds good for the laptops when they make it slimmer and lighter to hold. The laptops these days only bring in two USB ports, a card reader and an HDMI port reducing the connectivity options.

So, getting much thicker laptops with all the ports would be greater option than going in for a slim and trendy one.
