Hari Prasad: Hari Krishna Prasad Vemuru is a security expert and is well known for his research on the Electronic Voting Machine’s Genuinity. In his research he hacked the EVM and detected a loophole through which the EVMs can be tampered. It was with this help govt. could take some steps to modify the ballot system.

Shockingly, Hari Prasad was blamed for the theft of an EVM and sent to jail. Later it was revealed that they took the EVM for the purpose of research only. On contrary Prasad got the 2010 pioneer’s award by the Electronic Frontier Foundation, San Francisco.

Jayant Krishnamurthy: Jaynth Krishnamurthy is the graduate research assistant of computer science department in Carnegie Melon University. He is the developer of MD6 algorithm, a cryptographic Hash functions and security systems.

Jayant is keenly interested in designing computer programs that understand natural languages. He completed his M.Eng in computer science from MIT and PhD from CMU.
